Howard possess 20+ years of extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale and complex distributed software systems. His high interests have been including building resilient distributed software, exploring emerging technologies and coaching young kids to be fluent with technologies. Howard graduated from the University of Southern California with Master of Science degrees in both Aerospace Engineering and Computer Engineering. He also was an PhD candidate of Aerospace Engineering.
