HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL CLOSURES

We will be closed in observation of the holidays listed below. As described in our Attendance Policy, no tuition adjustments are made for holidays or school closures. For specific dates of closures please refer to our current Program-Year Calendar.

School is Open on the following days: Winter Break, Spring Break, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day

No hidden fees. We have a yearly monthly tuition chart for the 3 school districts we serve. We try to build a relationship based on trust with all the schools and every SteamWorks family.

Yes. All our school vans are commercial insured. Every Van fully stores- Emergency kit (Earthquake), First-Aid Kit(Emergency)-Fire extinguishers(Fire), Umbrella (Rain).

All the drivers pass the driving test and also drug and alcohol test.

Be Safe- We're well prepared all the emergency activities, and have all the first aid, emergency supply storage at the corner of school.

Yes. We offer Chinese-immersion kindergarten programs for the students, we have beginner/intermediate/Advanced classes for non-Chinese speaking families & Chinese speaking Families.
For 1st -5th grade, we offer mandarin classes for Non-Speaking Chinese family and Chinese Speaking Family.

Yes, we offer weekend classes. For details, please contact our school administrator.

About Programs

Subscription based model enables us to better manage our resources. Teacher and material preparations need time and a well run class improves students learning experiences.

Yes. Please refer to our Term of Service for guidance.

Yes. Changing membership level simply subscribe to a new level and your existing level will be cancelled automatically.

Purchases & Refunds

Currently we don't support guest checkout. In order to purchase any programs/courses listed in this website, you must register/login first.

SteamWorks uses third party commerce platform to handle all online transactions. Sometimes the service may be interrupted due to various reasons. No worries, you can always retry the transaction at a later time or sent us a email to specify the problem you experienced. We will get back to you ASAP.

In the checkout page, simply add it into the coupon field and the price will update to reflect any valid discount.

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to [email protected]

Multiple email accounts
If you use multiple email accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate email address.

We understand unexpected can happen at any moments. In any case, if you must withdraw from any enrollment, simply drop us an email and we will accommodate to our best ability.

Account management

First login your account, then go to your profile page. Clicking on the "Settings" tab. Inside it, you will find options to change your username and/or password.

Unsubscribe from SteamWorks email list is easy. Simply click the unsubscribe link in the email body you received from us and you're done.
